Proficiency in tribal languages will be verified via a certificate from the concerned Deputy Commissioner or authorized officer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Goa:<\/strong> Must have studied Konkani or Marathi at the 10th standard level. The percentage will be calculated to the accuracy of 4 decimals. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grade Conversion:<\/strong> For applicants with only grades, subject-wise marks will be derived by applying a multiplication factor of 9.5. For CGPA, it will be multiplied by 9.5.
