Applicants must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering<\/strong> issued by an eligible institution, or one of the explicitly recognized equivalent diploma qualifications. They must have basic knowledge of computer applications and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
