Probation and Service Bond – BOB LBO Syllabus

Selected candidates will be placed on probation for 12 months of active service from the date of joining.

About BOB LBO Syllabus 2026 : A service bond is also applicable. Candidates are required to serve for the prescribed minimum period, and leaving the Bank before completion of the required service period can result in payment of the applicable bond amount. Reports based on the recruitment notification indicate a minimum service commitment of 3 years, with the liability capped at ₹2 lakh or the prescribed equivalent of three months’ gross salary, as applicable.
