Eligibility Criteria for GSSSB Dietician Recruitment 2026
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Master of Science degree obtained from a recognized university in any of the following disciplines:
- Home Science
- Food and Nutrition
- Nutrition and Dietetics
- Food Science & Nutrition
- Food Service Management and Dietetics
- Clinical Nutrition
Additional Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment Rules, 1967.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
2. Age Limit (As on 26/01/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 37 Years
Age Relaxation:
- General Female: 05 Years
- Reserved Category Male: 05 Years
- Reserved Category Female: 10 Years
- PH (General Male): 10 Years
- PH (General Female/Reserved Male): 15 Years
- PH (Reserved Female): 20 Years
- Maximum age limit with relaxation shall not exceed 45 years.
Salary Structure of GSSSB Dietician Recruitment 2026
- First 5 Years: Fixed monthly pay of ₹ 40,800/-.
- After 5 Years: Upon satisfactory completion of service, appointment in Pay Matrix Level-6 (₹ 35,400 – ₹ 1,12,400).
