GPSC Class 1 & 2 Call Letter | Important Notice | Month of December-2025 & January-2026

The examination for the following detailed advertisements published by the Commission is going to be held. The syllabus of the Primary/Main written examination for these posts is available on the Commission’s website https://gpsc.gujarat.gov.in/.

Note For GPSC Class 1 & 2 Call Letter

• The Commission has decided to allow all the candidates of the above advertisements to appear in this test on a provisional basis. The candidates concerned of the above advertisements will have to download their admit cards online from 13:00 hrs on the date mentioned in column-5 till the commencement of the examination on the day of the examination, which will have to be kept with them in the examination hall and will have to be taken back by the candidates after the completion of the examination. The instructions of the candidates (Annexure-1 and 2) are to be read only and not brought to the examination hall.
• To download the admit card “Online”, the candidates have to follow the following stepwise procedure. (1) https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in 52 4th. (2) “Call Letter/Form” >> “Preliminary Call Letter / Main Exam Call Letter / Form” 52 “Click” 42.
• Here the candidate has to click on “Job Select” s2vi and “Confirmation Number” and “Birth Date” 86 62vaana 2he.
• 6th “Print Call Letter” will have to be clicked on to get the print of the admit card. Candidates will have to be present with a photo ID card in all the exams of the Commission.

Special Note GPSC Class 1 & 2 Call Letter

• Unreserved category candidates who have not paid the post office/online application fee will not be able to download the admit card.
• These candidates will have to pay the processing charge of Rs. 500/- in cash in person at the Commission’s office (Address: Opposite Air Force Office, Near 6-3 Circle, ‘6’ Road, Sector-10-A, Gandhinagar) by the next working day of the examination during office hours or by going to https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in ->FEES MODULE ->PROCESSING FEE TO UNBLOCK CALL LETTER, selecting the advertisement, entering the confirmation number and date of birth and paying the online process charge of Rs. 500/-.
• If for any reason the admit card is not issued even after paying the processing charge through this method, then you can check the status by filling the details in this module and clicking on “CHECK YOUR PAYMNET STATUS”.
• Only then will permission be given to download the admit card. Candidates for whom consent letter and deposit have been taken and if the candidate has not filled the consent letter and deposit, those candidates are not eligible to appear in the examination.
• The concerned candidates should take note of this. Candidates whose application form has been confirmed and the application fee and consent letter and deposit (if applicable) have been filled within the time limit, but the admit card is not downloaded, are asked to contact the Commission office in person during office hours by the next working day of the examination along with proof of application or send the details of advertisement number, confirmation and application number along with the receipt of payment to ps2sec-gpsc-ahd@gujarat.gov.in.
• Also, non-reserved category candidates who have not paid the application fee under the main written test, as there is no provision for online application fee, will have to go to the Commission’s office (Address: Opposite Air Force Office, Near 6-3 Circle, ‘6’ Road, Sector-10-A, Gandhinagar) by the next working day of the examination during office hours by paying the process charge of Rs. 500/- in cash and take the necessary action.
