Kochi Metro Rail Recruitment 2026: Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL), a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Kerala, is offering 70 apprenticeship opportunities for engineering graduates, BBA, B.Com and BCA graduates, diploma holders and ITI-qualified candidates. The recruitment covers 16 Graduate Technical, 6 Graduate Non-Technical, 28 Diploma Technician and 20 ITI Trade Apprentice positions under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Selected apprentices will undergo one year of practical training with a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 9,600 to Rs. 12,300, along with an additional Rs. 1,200 food/messing allowance per month. Candidates must have completed their qualifying course through full-time regular study, passed within the prescribed five-year period and attained 18 years of age. KMRL will shortlist candidates for certificate verification without conducting a written examination or interview. Kochi Metro Rail Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for Kochi Metro Rail Apprenticeship Recruitment 2026 must have completed the relevant qualification through a full-time regular course from a government-recognized institution. Educational qualifications obtained through part-time, correspondence, distance education or online modes are not accepted.
KMRL Graduate Technical Apprentice Qualification
Applicants must have completed a full-time regular four-year B.Tech or B.E. degree in one of the engineering disciplines notified by KMRL.
