Salary for GSSSB Recruitment 2025

As per the Finance Department’s Resolutions dated 16/02/2006, 29/04/2010, 06/10/2011 and 18/10/2014 No.: Expenditure-2002-57-Zh.1 as well as Resolution dated 20/10/2015 and Resolution dated 18/01/2017 No.: Expenditure-2002-57-(Part-II)-Zh.1 and finally Resolution dated 18/10/2023 No.: Expenditure-2002-57-(Part-IV)-Zh.1, the appointment will be made at a fixed salary of Rs. 49,600/- per month for the first five years and other benefits of the said resolution will be available.

Educational Qualification Details for GSSSB Recruitment 2025

• A Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and
• the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and
• Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or Both.
• The candidate shall require to get himself registered with the Indian Association of Physiotherapist, if he is not so registered, at the time of making an application;
• Provided that the candidate shall require to get himself registered with the Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapist as soon as the said Council is constituted under section 3 of the Gujarat State Council for
• Physiotherapist Act, 2011.

Examination Methodology for GSSSB Recruitment 2025

As per the examination method prescribed for filling up the posts through direct recruitment vide Resolution No.: Bharat/102023/638937/K of the General Administration Department dated 08/11/2023, the examination will be conducted in a single stage objective MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) type competitive examination of CBRT/OMR (Computer Based Response Test/ Optical Mark Recognition) method. This examination will be conducted in two parts: Part-A and Part-B (the level of the question paper will be equivalent to the educational qualification).

• The status as on 23/12/2025 will be considered for educational qualification, age limit, non-creamy layer certificate, economically weaker section certificate, caste certificate and other necessary qualifications.
