GSRTC Driver Provisional Meri List 2025 : Important notice

• The mere publication of the name in this provisional selection list does not make the candidate eligible for appointment.
• When called by the Corporation for selection of the place, the candidate will have to appear before the Civil Surgeon at the time of appearing in that department on the basis of the letter given by the Corporation and submit a medically fit certificate and a “No Objection Certificate” from the officer of the concerned police station.
• The waiting list will be valid for two years from the date of publication, i.e., from 15/12/2025 or until the day before the results of the subsequent examination are declared, whichever is earlier (up to office hours only).
• The candidate included in the waiting list does not have a direct right to appointment.
• In case the candidate on the selection list does not appear for any reason or leaves the job during the waiting list period mentioned in (3), the candidates on the waiting list will have an opportunity for selection as per the rules of the corporation if they fulfill the conditions of the corporation, except that the candidates on the waiting list will have no right to be appointed for any reason.
• As mentioned in the advertisement, the candidates will have to serve in the department of appointment for at least 5 (five) years. During this period, the benefit of inter-departmental transfer will not be available and the corporation will have the absolute right to transfer for administrative reasons. Once the department/depot is selected by the candidate, no change will be made in it. If it is found appropriate as per the policies, rules/terms of service of the corporation, action will be taken to appoint you by the department. As per the roster points of the department, transfers will be made by the administration in each department as per the requirement.
• Candidates who have submitted mark sheets from outside the state will be appointed after verification of their mark sheets.
• Candidates will be eligible for appointment only after verification/verification/completion of relevant matters/documents against their names. For now, they have been given the benefit of site selection by including them in the provisional selection list, but they will not have any right to selection.
• Candidates included in the provisional selection list will have to appear in person at the departmental office of the Corporation nearest to their native district on any one of the days (during office hours) between 17/12/2025 and 18/12/2025.
• Since the caste of the candidates who have indicated SC, ST and socially and educationally backward class in the online application form is to be verified before the government committee, all the candidates of the said category must download the relevant caste checklist rom the corporation’s website, fill in the details mentioned therein and submit the necessary certificates at the time of selection.
•  Since female candidates are not available, their places have been allotted to male candidates of the respective category as per sub-instruction (2) of advertisement notice no.P.

GSRTC Driver Provisional Meri List 2025 : Marks will be calculated as follows

• (A) O.M.R. Marks obtained in written examination × 40 + 100 = Marks
• (B) Marks obtained in driving test x 60 + 100 = Marks
• (C) Total merit marks (out of 100 marks) (A + B)
