Central Bank of India SO Recruitment 2026 : Central Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank, has invited online applications for the recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO) in the cadres of Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III) and Marketing Officer (Scale I) on a regular basis. A total of 350 vacancies have been announced for these posts.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.01.2026)

1. Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)

Age Limit: Minimum 25 years, Maximum 35 years.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Preference for CFA/CA/MBA. Mandatory: Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from IIBF.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as an officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks, out of which 3 years mandatorily in Trade Finance/Forex operations.

2. Marketing Officer (Scale I)

Age Limit: Minimum 22 years, Maximum 30 years.
Qualification: Graduate + Full-time MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, out of which 1 year continuous experience in the Marketing domain in BFSI sector.

Selection Process of Central Bank of India SO Recruitment 2026

The selection process consists of:

Online Written Test: Consists of Stream Specific Questions (70 marks) and General Awareness/Banking (30 marks).
Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for an interview.
