• Experience: At least 10 years of working experience in the relevant domain (Learning Management Systems or Enterprise-level Network Infrastructure).
• Working Knowledge: Specific to the post, includes technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA, MySQL, API integration, APP design, user support, technical training, migration, etc., for LMS; and Routers, Switches, VLANs, VPNs, Wireless Networks, Telecom Equipment, Backup/DR, Network Administration, Firewall Management, Data Centre Operations, Virtualization Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure, etc., for Networking.
• Desirable: Cloud-based system administration, scalable e-Learning platforms, integration with ERP/Student Information Systems, advanced network infrastructure support, educational media production, SWAYAM/SWAYAM PRABHA operations, etc.

Technical Manager (LMS, Networking, Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Application Development, Artificial Intelligence)

• Essential Qualification: B.E(CS/IT) / B.Tech(CS/IT) / M.Sc(CS/IT) / MCA from a recognized University/Institute with 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in the respective specialized domain (LMS, Network Infrastructure, VR/AR Application Development, or AI/ML solutions).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in the respective specialized domain (LMS, Network Infrastructure, 2D/3D Animation, Game Design/Development, VR/AR Application Development, or AI/ML solutions).
• Desirable: Experience in specific software, tools, platforms, and certifications relevant to the domain (e.g., Moodle, Adobe Suite, Unity, Unreal Engine, Python, TensorFlow).

Age Limit – IGNOU Non-Teaching

The maximum age limits for the posts are:

• Assistant Director: 48 years
• Technical Manager: 42 years
• Technical Assistant: 37 years
